Private Client Senior Associate - Dubai

Nexus is working with an international firm in Dubai to find a Senior Private Client Lawyer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on private client wealth structuring, including estate planning, tax advice, and cross-border issues.

• Draft and review complex legal documents such as wills and trust deeds.

• Provide counsel on international private client matters, including offshore structures.

• Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Manage relationships with private wealth intermediaries and high-net-worth clients.

• Develop strategies for asset protection and wealth management.

• Mentor junior associates.

• Experience with contentious trusts or probate is desirable.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Qualified solicitor with a current practicing certificate.

• 5+ years of experience in private client law.

• Proven track record in high-value tax, succession, and wealth structuring.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Ideally CTA, ATT, or ADIT qualified.

• High level of discretion in managing confidential information.

• Familiarity with international private client issues.

• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
