Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Litigation Associate to join our clients esteemed team. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of post-qualification experience, demonstrating strong academic credentials and a passion for litigation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging and high-profile cases while contributing to the continued success and growth of the practice.
Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategy
Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Assisting in all stages of litigation, from case inception to resolution
Collaborating with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies
Participating in client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials
Managing discovery processes and document review
Maintaining clear and concise communication with clients and internal teams
Keeping abreast of legal developments and case law relevant to assigned matters
Qualifications:
Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation
Strong academic credentials with a focus on litigation and dispute resolution
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
Prior experience in complex commercial litigation and investigations is advantageous
