We are working with a highly respected, full-service law firm in Dubai that is seeking a Senior Litigator (8+ years PQE) with a strong background in commercial litigation and proven experience working in both Arabic and English. The firm is known for its deep expertise in UAE law, its prestigious client base, and its commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation cases across various industries.

• Represent clients in high-stakes disputes before UAE courts and arbitration tribunals.

• Provide strategic legal advice on contentious matters, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

• Draft and review legal documents in both Arabic and English.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

• Stay updated with UAE litigation laws and regulations to provide expert counsel.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation.

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English – both written and spoken.

• Strong experience in UAE litigation and arbitration procedures.

• Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• UAE experience preferred but candidates with strong regional experience will also be considered.
