About the Role

The firm are looking for a highly skilled and commercially minded lawyer with expertise in:

• Corporate M&A

• Joint ventures

• Broader corporate matters

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex transactions, advising multinational clients, and working on cross-border deals within the Middle East and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and restructuring projects.

• Advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.

• Negotiating and drafting key transaction documents.

• Providing strategic legal counsel to clients across various industries.

• Supporting the development and expansion of the firm’s corporate practice.

What They're Looking For

• Experience: 6+ years PQE in corporate law, ideally from a top-tier international or regional law firm.

• Skills: Strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.

• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE and regional corporate laws and regulations would be advantagous.

• Client Focus: A proactive approach to client service and business development.

• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced and high-performing team.
