About the Role:

An esteemed US-based law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Structured Finance Lawyer to join their dynamic team in the London office. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with 1-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to advance their career in a supportive and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on and structuring complex financial transactions.

• Drafting and negotiating legal documents related to structured finance.

• Providing expert legal counsel on CLOs, ABS, RMBS, CMBS, insurance-linked products, capital relief transactions, warehouse financing, repackaging transactions, and structured funds.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

• Staying updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments.

Qualifications:

• 1-6 years of PQE in structured finance.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• Experience in CLOs, ABS, RMBS, CMBS, insurance-linked products, capital relief transactions, warehouse financing, repackaging transactions, and/or structured funds.

• Knowledge of general banking work is a plus.
