Litigation Senior Associate - Cayman

​Location:Cayman Islands

Role Overview:The successful candidate will contribute to the growth of the litigation, restructuring, and insolvency practice by advising clients on a broad range of matters; managing cases day-to-day; drafting court documents; supervising junior attorneys and articled clerks; engaging in business development; and marketing the department to existing and potential clients.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of six years’ post-qualification experience with a leading law firm or set of chambers, focusing on cross-border insolvency, restructurings, complex commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation, and shareholder disputes.

• Minimum of a 2:1 law degree from a reputable institution.

• Experience in an international or offshore law firm.

• Highly skilled in advocacy and presentation, with a reputation for precise and persuasive communication.

• Proven ability to manage complex cases, with expertise in drafting, legal research, and reviewing.

• Ability to provide rapid, accurate, and commercially sound advice to clients within demanding deadlines.

• Experience in contributing to a cohesive, results-driven team.
