The firm's Competition and Regulated Markets Group is renowned in Ireland for its expertise and leadership. The team handles the most prominent and complex cases, maintaining a leading edge in competition and regulated markets law. They offer comprehensive advice on Irish and EU competition/antitrust law.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and commercial expertise to prominent market players, both locally and internationally.

• Collaborate with cross-border and interdisciplinary teams to offer corporate activity advice.

• Engage in business development and thought leadership, identifying new opportunities.

• Draft precise and clear legal documents, using legal knowledge and commercial judgment to support clients.

• Attend networking and marketing events.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and professional conduct.

Skills and Expertise:

• 2-4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

• Strong academic background.

• Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting abilities.
