Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity for established legal professionals or teams to join a firm with a dynamic and ambitious vision for growth. The firm is looking for highly motivated Partners with a proven track record of success in their respective practice areas. Candidates should possess strong client relationships and a strategic mindset to contribute to the expansion of the firm’s Abu Dhabi offering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the firm’s presence in Abu Dhabi across one or more practice areas: litigation, corporate, commercial, construction, projects and real estate.
Manage and expand client relationships, leveraging existing networks and developing new business opportunities.
Provide strategic legal advice, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with other Partners and teams across the firm to drive cross-practice and cross-border initiatives.
Supervise and mentor associates, fostering a culture of professional development and excellence.
Play an active role in business development, marketing, and thought leadership within your practice area.
Candidate Requirements
A qualified lawyer with at least 10+ years of experience in a leading law firm.
Strong expertise in one or more of the following practice areas: litigation, corporate, commercial, construction, projects or real estate.
A portable book of business and a demonstrated ability to generate revenue.
Established client relationships and a strong professional network in the UAE or the wider Middle East.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Commercial acumen with a strategic approach to business development.
Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations relevant to the practice area.
