• Provide expert legal advice on intellectual property, data privacy, and technology matters.

• Advise clients on GDPR, ePrivacy regulations, and Irish data protection legislation.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop compliance strategies.

• Stay updated on the latest legal developments in IP, data privacy, and technology.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years PQE in IP, data privacy, and technology law.

• Qualification from a commonwealth Jurisdiction
