Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate M&A Associate / Senior Associate to join an international firm in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and collaborate with a team of seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex transaction documents.

• Conducting due diligence and managing transaction processes.

• Providing strategic legal advice to clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Qualifications:

• 2-10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Corporate M&A.

• Strong academic background in law.

• Proven experience in handling complex M&A transactions.

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
